Windows 10 - Can't View INE-Z928E Files & Folders on SD Card

How can I view all of the files and folders, when I put the SD card out of my Alpine INE-Z928E into my computer that is running Windows 10?

I'm asking, because I want to install a third-party car icon (map arrow).
