fsp - fpa - hnr

Wasn't sure if to post in 'NextGen' - 'Licences' or 'Maps' so put here as it's a general question.

I have 263 licences in the licence folder from post 153

I didnt think HERE 2015 Q3 maps were good for UK and people said TomTom are better for UK

I tried maps 2015.09 for UK and unable to licence the

UK_83_TomTom_2015.09_151019 (fpa) file
UK_83_TomTom_2015.09_151019 (fsp) file
None of the Europe 2015.09_151124 (hnr) files - even after putting all of European maps in same folder

Is there much point to fpa and fsp and hnr files?

So then tried earlier version 2015.06 and still no luck with licences for fpa,fsp and hnr files.

Has anyone in UK got these all working with maps 2015.09 or 2015.06
