WIN CE Can a UX Utility run an EXE File under iGO Main Menu / Map Menu via Icon Button?

Hello guys!

I have a Mitsubishi vehicle and it's built-in with a Clarion Multimedia System, running iGO 8.3.
I have managed to run iGO Primo via SDCard after being able to run EXPLORER.EXE to see Windows CE itself.
But, whatever app/navigator I run via EXPLORER.EXE it doesn't have sound. Only if I go to this file and execute it before:
\My Flash Disk\Factory_Test\AudioPathSwtich.exe

For some reason, when I run this file, my RADIO automatically low the volume and all my Windows starts to have sound. So if I run my iGO Primo for example, I have sound.

But, as soon as I turn off the vehicle and turn on again, the iGO Primo keeps running but WITHOUT sound. So I have to close iGO Primo, go to that folder again and run AudioPathSwtich app again. This is a pain in the ass.

So now I can understand that the default iGO 8.3 nav has some instruction in the exe file in order to have sound. I don't know what it is and if it's possible to migrate those instruction to my Primo.exe file. Maybe you guys can take a look? Or help me build a simple UX that everytime I turn on the vehicle I just go to that icon and touch to have sound?

What do you guys think?
Or maybe an UX Utility to understand the vehicle is on and run this file automatically?
