MyDrive send data to device

I have a tomtom start 2GB (model XD....) using tomtom home 2.9.

I open tomtom mydrive and I add favourites and POI in the web application to myplaces.
Then I "send destination to device" but nothing shows up in the device?

Can someone help me out on what I am missing in order to get data from mydrive web to the device?
