Best gps tracker with fuels sensor & camera

Dear experienced members,

Please let me know the best gps tracker along with fuel sensor & camera in the market.
I want to use the tracker & fuel sensor in the vehicles of our transport company. We have total 30 vehicles and having no experience using such device. Please suggest me the best chinese brand within an affordable range.
