ANDROID Menu, Setting and Other Useful Information TTS

Hi All


Is there any solution to operate the TTS to be used while using iGo Nextgen Menu, Setting or the Useful Information, what I mean once open the Setting the TTS has to say Setting, or if open the Useful Information then the TTS has to say Useful Information or to read out the Country Information at least once select the country or reach that country while navigation?
