ANDROID iGO NextGen Online Search not working?

Hi all
probably I missed it but is there any way to activate online search?
All I get is "..not available in this region"

Currently I'm using iGO NextGen Android ISR 9.18.27.658108

Well to be fair it never worked for me regardless which version I used.
