My friend bought a car from Germany with DNX7240BT device. He asked me to update maps ang change language from german to polish. I've updated Multimedia Software to version 1.9.0 and Navigation Software to 3.51. After that I've downloaded City Navigator Europe NTU 2017.20 map and copied it to the device by usb cable. Map was loaded succesfully and I wanted to change navigation language and voice into polish. And that's the problem. The language section has about 30 different languages, but no matter which option I select, everything is still in german. I've even switched the filenames of german and polish and nothing has changed. The voice section has only 3 german voices, I've found polish voice that should be supported, but device doesn't see it.
After that I've tried to update the files by WebUpdater but it shows error "There was an error communicating with your Garmin device.", exactly the same as in THIS post.
I've got na idea that to do next.
