WINCE 2016 Q1 POI's Not Working

Good day All!

I have downloaded 2016 Q1 maps and POI's. The POI's do not show up on my map and I cannot search places.

I have deleted the 2016 POI's and put my original POI's in their place, and everything works as expected.

Original POI files names (just using North Carolina as an example):
USA_North_Carolina_NQ_2012.Q3_120925.poi
USA_North_Carolina_NQ_Extended_2012.Q2_120613.poi

2016 POI file name (just using North Carolina as an example):
USA_North_Carolina_HERE_2016.Q1_160425.poi

Could the problem be that I do not have the "extended" POI files?

My IGO Primo version number is 9.6.13.267029.

Everything else about the maps works fine, just not the POI's.
