Any info on updating navigation software for a GMC Terrain model 2012

Dear friends,

Does anyone have any available info on updating the navigation maps for a GMC Terrain model 2012? They are loaded on an SD card that is plugged into a special reader slot in the car. Any clues would be appreciated.
