IGO and screen resolutions

Hi,
I'm new here and I'm not much of a software expert, but I'm trying to figure things out. I'm reading other posts and trying to get something useful out of them for myself. However, there are many versions and variants of the IGO program (which I like the most out of all the navigations I've tried, so I like to install it on all the devices I use. I like its simplicity and the clarity of the information it provides on the screen. About 10 years ago, I bought a 2DIN car radio with built-in IGO navigation and it served me well. I dug a little into that radio and realized that IGO was installed as a file, not as a separate installation. That is, I managed to copy the entire program with maps and use it on some tablets (it has the BASARSOFT label, if that helps). But what I got stuck on was the screen resolution when I tried to install it on some phones. Specifically, I tried to install it on a Xiaomi MI MAX 3 which has a resolution of 1080x2160 and it didn't work for me. As far as I understand from the various error messages I get on the screen, the IGO I own is not capable of creating an image in that resolution, but I'm not sure about that.
Can anyone guide me? how do I install IGO on devices with a higher/stronger screen resolution?
