nuvi 350 touch screen problem

hello guy's, i need help about this nuvi, touch screen not working, when i turn on nuvi system works ok, but touch not, i try to reset by turning off, then holding the upper right of the screen when turning on, and show me to erase all data, but when i touch on yes, not work, also try to turn off nuvi and turn on power button for at least 1 min, then show me a calibration screen, and when i start to click on dot, work's ok, but won't remember, any sugestion?
