please help - supratech

recently,i bought a supratech GPS Triton but it didn't work well, after turning on it display a blue screen with a red x mark in the middle.
i have tried to do a hard reset but with no result.
also , the device run the navigator automatic if it was named "mobilenavigator.exe" and has been putted in "my flash disk" folder.

that's why i am looking for the way i can fix the device system or a working tomtom navigator that i can
install it on it and how .

and it's system is wince core 5.0
