How can I get the software to search for an address in a different language while using english interface text ?
I am tried to use the Hebrew keyboard to search for addresses while having the text of the interface in English, and nothing was found.
I am using Israel maps.
If I change the text to Hebrew, it finds the addresses if the hebrew keyboard is used, but not if the english keyboard is used.
Is there any way of patching the system so it will recognize what is typed in a different language than the interface text?
This is important to me, since transliterated street names have no standard way of spelling, and are not found if not typed the way it is spelled on the map. If I would be able to search in hebrew, this problem would be solved.
I also have an Igo GPS and I am able to do this, but not with garmin.
