Is this possible ? .GPX to Poi

Hi i want to turn my favourites into poi that are currently stored on current.gpx file is this possible.....the reason for this is the storage place on chip is full and i need to transfer my favourites to a poi file so it uses internal 2gb memory that free instead of limited space on chip


I know i can copy and transfer .GPX file to other unit of save as backup but its space i need not the backup.....Thanks in advance;)
