Can somebody help me selecting the right map?

Hello,

As a TT noob i want to install a new map and maybe a new Navcore (if advised).
But really do not have a clue what Map is the correct one for my TT.
And do you reccon i need to update the navecore? or leave it as is?
For the map i am looking for one that includes: Belgium, Luxenbourg, the Netherlands and Germany.
Here below are My TT details:
