Installing CD - VDO Dayton PC-5400

Hi people,

I have never done this before, but I need to install the maps on the system. I downloaded one from this forum and I have an original CD from 2006/2007.

Problem is when I insert the CD I got a message that the carrier is not plugged in, my car (BMW e46 2004) used to come with Nokia 6310 which I don't have anymore.

How can I install the CD and obtain the installation code?
