SMS and Smartphone controle

Hi,

The main problem with SMEG+ unit is that we can't read and write text messages and control other applications on smartphones(email etc.). I have an idea, how to change this. Unfortunately there are some issues:
1. Works only when car stop.
2. Must be enable bluetooth internet tethering.
3. Audio and popup window notifications is not available.
4. Incoming call turn off preview.

I can create application for Android, which will be Web Server. With internet browser in car, we can write ip and port address of the application. Application prepare HTML with SMS, Email etc. and send to car browser. I can add some button, for example with quick reply for SMS. IP with port we can set as home site. Probably site will be refreshing about 5 seconds, because browser is very simple.

One of scenerio:
I get in car -> I connect to smartphone and enable bluetooth internet -> I drive -> I hear notification from smartphone -> Open browser in the car-> On traffic lights, I read SMS/notification and choose quick action -> I drive again.

Questions for you:
What do you think about this idea? Will you be using something like that?
