Map files for INE-W987D

Hello,
I have an Alpine INE-W987D Navi Station in my car, and I was wondering how I can update the maps.
I can see that the SD Card contains .fbl, .fda, .fsp, .dem, .3dc, .3dl, and .poi files.
These extensions are Here Maps extensions. Can I simply copy the latest .fbl files on my SD Card to update the maps?
Are these files somehow connected with files in the "license" directory?
