WIN CE Nextgen junction view problem

Hey Guys!

I need some help. I use Zenec v9.19.5.612525 WinCe version on a Wayteq x950 hd bt gps with 2015 q4 HERE maps (by cserrobi) and world licences collection. My problem is that igo says "inactive content" for the fjw files.
