kenwood 5240 map update (Disc Error)

Hello


I have the Kenwood software 3.20 downloaded and data cd (CD-R) burned with nero burning lite 9 and installed on Kenwood. Success

I have the Garmin software 2.80 downloaded and data cd (CD-R) burned with nero burning lite 9 and installed on Kenwood. Success


I have Europe 2017.10 NT downloaded, unlocked and data dvd (DVD-RW and DVD+R DL) burned with nero burning lite 9 and installed on Kenwood. NOT Success. Disc Error
Benelux 2016.20NT map burned (CD-R) NOT Succes. Disc Error

So burned on dvd and on cd: Garmin\gmapsupp.img


I don't understand. Software update working but map update don't working. What is the problem?
