Garmin nuvi 2548 with TMC usb connection pinout

Hello,

There is an usb cable in the car from the old gps.
If I connect the nuvi2548 on it : no power, and no tmc

There was also delivered a car charger cable TA-10 by the gps. When I connect this (throug the cigarette-connection in the car) it work perfect.
But I want keep this cable for using the nuvi in a hired car.

I must solder in my car a usb cable, so I can connect the nuvi 2548
There is a tmc receiver built in the nuvi, so one lead of the usb cable is used as antenna.

Does someone know the pin configuration I must use? Thanks anyway !
