Import Routes (e.g. in GPX or any other format) into TomTom Go

Hi, since years I use an old Garmin Etrex Legend/Vista on my motor bike for routing.

I plan an individual route by setting various POIs and the Etrex guides me along those points (A -> B -> C -> ... final destination)... Now I think about using an Android Device and TomTom Go... but so far I didn't find a way to import such a simple individual route with waypoints into TomTom Go... and then let me navigate along this individual route by TomTom Go...

I don't want to use a fixed track (this is what mydrive GPX-Route-Import is doing), but a real route with usual recalculation in case I am off track...

Any clue how to import and use those simple routes (e.g. in GPX-Format) in TomTom Go?
